He was invited as lead editor of the industry core training textbook "Customs Brokerage Fundamentals" (published). Deeply rooted in Greater Bay Area port operations, he has served over 500 foreign trade enterprises and successfully handled more than 13,000 import/export compliance cases. He specializes in complex trade solution design, proactive HS classification risk screening, and customs audit risk mitigation — combining deep policy knowledge with frontline practical experience.
